Tank weighing systems provide a simple, sturdy and accurate weighing mechanism for various industries. Each weighing system is incorporated with load cells to measure the weight. There can also be multiple load cells depending on client’s needs. This weighing system is widely used to measure the weight of liquid compounds and solid material in the most precise manner. Additionally the material discharged from industrial tanks, silos, bunkers and mixers can be calculated with tank weighing system.A tank weighing system comes with load cells, junction boxes and weighing controller mechanism. It is generally utilized for production management and process control areas for weight management and control. The load cells are situated under every foot of the tank or vessels to be measured. The load cells are then connected to a weighing controller with the help of a junction box that compensates the signal difference coming from the load cells.

Weight Indicator

5 setpoints (4 setpoints if Analog Output is present) confi gurable as normally
open or normally closed. The operator can decide the setpoints activation
for the net weight value, gross weight value, otherwise for positive weights
or for positive and negative weights.

  • Simultaneous display of net weight (red led display) and gross weight (LCD graphic display).
  • Setting of hysteresis value for each setpoint.
  • 12 groups selection by 5 setpoint from selector switch or contacts (EC/E options).
