Salt spray chamber testing of ultra series PCSST-D-FRP is a lucrative equipment which simulates the exact natural harsh environmental condition inside the FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) robust chamber surrounded with salt laden fog. The FRP material ensures the strength and durability of equipment at very low cost maintenance. The DM water gets mixed with chemicals to convert it into saline water which is further transferred into the chamber. The fog collection funnel spreads the saline fog with the help of an atomizer made with combination of air nozzle and water jet, as the saline water supplied to the through the water jet air nozzle atomizes the water particles into the fog form.

The PID temperature controller and the heating coils which surround the whole spray salt chamber helps to maintain the temperature upto 45 degree Celsius. The pH of the solution can be maintained in between 6.5 to 7.2 pH. The digital microprocessor based control system is there.
